With over 30 years in recruitment, I’ve led high-bar searches for startups, scaleups, and professional services firms across the UK, Europe, the US, and APAC.

 

Today, I work as a fractional or embedded recruiter, supporting leadership teams with business-critical hires across operations, revenue, legal, and strategic leadership.

I run my own US-registered LLC and work C2C or 1099, offering flexible, founder-friendly engagement models.

 

No bloated retainers. Just structured search, focused delivery, and senior-level judgement on roles that genuinely matter.

I split my time between the US and Europe. My wife’s American, I’m British, and I work fully aligned to US hours.

 

I’m comfortable operating directly with founders, partners, and exec teams, and moving quickly without compromising on quality or discretion.
